A sleek, modern static cursor design with glowing edges and consistent, clear shape. Perfectly complements Windows XP Silver theme or even Vista-like schemes.
I made these cursors years ago with a trial version of MicroAngelo, because I was utterly fed up with the standard Windows cursors. Despite not being a great pixel artist, I kept refining the designs and ended up with what you see today. I have tried many, many cursor sets since, but I still love and use this set. And now, I give you the opportunity to try them too!
Quick Key:
White: normal
Green: working in background
Red: busy (hourglass as you might know it)
Blue: hyperlink
Pink: help cursor
Specs:
All the cursors are in Windows .cur format and all the cursor types required by Windows are here.
Semitransparent cursors are not supported on Windows versions before XP.
Download plz! I hope you like them. One thing I would have liked to add is a flashing animation, but you can only do that with non-semitransparent cursors, or you have to buy a desktop enhancer like CursorXP, so nuts to that! For now...
That's great! Yes, I'm going to add a key to the description. I made the colours most logical. I've been using the cursors for so long I go when I see a monochrome pointing finger on a web page! My entire family use this cursor set!
Damn man! Hey, I'm making an OS called Lightning O.S and it's based on Windows, but without the crap so it will run your Windows apps and be fast at the same time, plus no crashes! Your cursors look just like our prototype design, and I would love it if you would grant us permision to use these babys in Lightning?

That sounds quality. If Lightning OS is going to be free then be my guest. Otherwise, I'm sure we can work something out - especially as I can produce much better stuff nowadays.
Perhaps you can note me more information about the project. A compatible Windows mod is something I'd be very interested in.
